January 13, 2005 @ 03:08 AMThis is for Apple users only. I have an inter-family (the Apple family!) complaint. My iPod mini broke… again! This is the SECOND time. And it’s pretty messed up this time. Now, Apple’s customer support being second-to-none, I know that I’ll get my replacement within 4 days of me opening a support ticket, but I’ve had this thing less than a year. Anyone else experiencing above-average problems with their iPods? Very un-Apple-like.
