My methods of calculating time are far superior to yours, in every way.

This is the blog of Brasten Sager, a freelance software developer, Mariners fan, guitarist, haphazard philosopher.

I just wanted to comment on a couple of recent happenings.

First, apparently Dell is going to give retail a shot. Dell has always been opposed to the idea, so this represents an interesting new change of opinion by the company. Of course, in Dell fashion, they’ve managed to forget one important detail… the inventory. Yup, you won’t actually be able to BUY anything at these stores.

Second, did you catch the Nike + iPod announcement earlier today? Forgetting for a moment that it’s just strange, check out the marketing video made for the announcement. Those of you residing in Portland - lucky bastards - will recognize the landscape. Jamison Square, the Gregory building, Ira Keller Fountain, etc…

UPDATE:

Just to prove my point…
